To access the web camera you need to click on this icon

When you get to the camera you will have a blue page. On the page you need to click on "Home"  and then click on "Enter" This will put a real small program on your computer allowing you to Control the web camera.  You only have to do this the first time you visit the Web Camera.  When you get to the camera click on control There will be a pop up menu allowing you to direct the camera to several preset places such as the pool or the Dance Hall.  If you click on the screen  the camera will recenter where you click .  Below the screen you can control the Zoom allowing you to close in on an object .
